Product Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanging and returning products is a right guaranteed to all our customers and applies to all products sold in our store.

All products available in our store may be exchanged or returned according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

A product may be returned or exchanged if it is still in its original condition at the time of purchase and remains in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted within three (3) days, while exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us through the “Contact Us” page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

Please take a photo of the product and send it together with the city name, address, and order number so that the product can be exchanged if it is damaged, defective, or does not work as agreed.

A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description provided on the product page on our website.
